Sliggoo is the evolved form of Goomy. Goomy evolves into Sliggoo at Level 40. Then, at Level 50, Sliggoo will evolve into Goodra , but only during natural rain.

Sliggoo is a snail-like Pokémon that has a snail shell made of its own gooey body. Its cheeks from the Goomy stage have taken over its eyes. It has a long neck and its two antennae are becoming more horn-like.

X: It drives away opponents by excreting a sticky liquid that can dissolve anything. Is eyes are devolved, so it can't see anything.
Y: Its four horns are a high-performance radar system. It uses them to sense sounds and smells, rather than using ears or a nose.
